I understand that amid the pressures faced by licensees and advice practices, finding the time and mental space to accurately diagnose issues and develop effective strategies can be tough.

With over 18 years in financial advice, I’ve extensive experience working with organisations and licensees of all sizes to design and implement complex transformations in risk, compliance, operations, and project management.

Before establishing Tangelo Advice Consulting, I spent a decade at ANZ Advice and then moved to IOOF/Insignia, where I led teams of 20-40 staff in both head office and shared services functions, supporting salaried and aligned adviser networks.
