    After experiencing changes to staff roles, we engaged Tangelo to find that our practice had the foundation for existing procedures however, they weren't reflecting our current advice processes once executed and timeframes were not being met.

    Through workshops with each team member, Tangelo helped identify the source of issues and our inefficiencies that were resulting in staff confusion and errors. From these findings, our current methods were challenged, and recommendations were made and executed as per the agreed solution.
